the waiting is a live rock/alternative/acoustic music event that happens in hounslow every 6 weeks or so - it is open to all.

expressions - 18th july

thewaiting is back with an event that's part-Waiting and part...something else...

The evening (from 8pm) will feel a lot like past Waiting events, with Jon Bilbrough (www.jonbilbrough.com) back to amaze us with his stunning vocals and heart-rending songs.  Plus we should have some other favourites playing, including a reformed Seventember.

Earlier in the afternoon (from 5pm) will be the “something else” bit.   From 5pm we’ll be pushing the boundaries of how we connect to God through music and other creative arts.  We’ll be having some discussion/workshop time and then we’ll be putting it into practice with some creative worship through improvisation, contemporary worship songs and other arts.  Come along to participate in the music-making or just be soaked in the worship.

You’re very welcome to come just for the afternoon, just for the evening or for both bits.  Whatever you choose to come to we hope it will be good for you musically and spiritually.
